Charice Asks Chasters To Stop Bashing and Comparing Her With Lady Gaga

RE about my cover of Born This Way (from Perez's Bday). Other Chasters should stop bashing Ms.Lady Gaga. Not a good idea at all. I love her, and I don't want her fans to get mad at me and at us. Spread the Love. WE LOVE LG. ----CHARICE

I woke up at 4am this morning and saw this post by our princess, Charice. I felt guilty knowing that I voted on the poll. I told her that I did not leave any comments bashing Gaga and asked her if I should tell other Chasters to stop voting on this poll. She said, "We can't ask other people now. I just need the "other" chasters to stop saying that I'm better than her. Definitely NOT. We're both different. Lady Gaga is amazing."I told her I'm sorry for voting for her and went to work with a heavy heart. I just hope Charice could forgive me.

For the benefit of those who did not know how it all started, here's Charice doing a cover of Lady Gaga's Born This Way for Perez' birthday. Hollywood Life posted this video and asked who sung "Born This Way" better - Charice or Gaga.

Hiding My A$$ While Voting for Charice @ J-14 Poll

The question is pretty basic and easy to answer - "Who is your favorite female singer?". I did not pause, not even for a moment, before I chose Charice and click on the VOTE button. Then came a very annoying message---" The change you made was rejected. Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to." This happened at 2:00 AM PI time. Following Webby's suggestion, I deleted cookies and browsing history  but it was EPIC FAIL for me. I finally gave up on voting  and went to work (my shift started at 3:00 this morning).

While at work, I cannot concentrate well knowing that there's a poll that I should be participating on. As a result, I only made a few completed surveys but thank God I was not reprimanded by my supervisor. Well, that's the beauty of being friends with your superiors.lol!

After 6 hours of dialing, I went home and hoped I can already vote for Cha. But imagine my frustration when the same error message kept popping up!GRRRRRR. So I just posted the link on Facebook and on my two other blogs because I thought that if I can't vote for Cha, others could. 

But just about an hour ago, an idea came to mind. I remembered when the "Pyramid' video went viral on YouTube, my IP was restricted and some PI Chasters cannot watch it. One Chaster from Manila suggested that  we use a proxy called HideMyAss. Pardon my language but that is really the name of the proxy! So I went to the site www.hidemyass.com, typed/pasted http://polls.j-14.com/polls/266686 on the box, clicked on hidemyass icon beside it and I was redirected to the poll. I chose Cha, clicked on vote and hoped really hard that it would finally go through. And it did! WOW!

So, that ended my quest tonight for ways to finally vote for Cha. Who would have thought hidemyass is a helpful phrase?I'm lmao right now while I prepare to go to bed and enter the kingdom of Sleeping Beauty. Good night Chasters!

The Charice NAT Item, Her Hidden Talent and Being All By Herself in Vocal Adrenaline

Charice NAT Item.The Philippine National Achievement Test was given earlier today. Jessie Lapus, the current Secretary of Education, said that this is to measure the strengths and weaknesses of the students to derive ways on how to improve the present education system. You might be wondering why this topic lands on my blog. It's because I did not know anything about the test until I chatted in Charicemania and saw this tweetpic posted. Besides, Charice is in it.

Shame on me for not following current events the same way that I  follow Charice. But hey, can you blame me? You know I love Charice as much as you do. The same way that I cannot blame nickstah3 for posting this. Most of you know that cell phones are not allowed during examinations but she went her way and took the risk of being reprimanded by the proctor so she can share this to us. Thank you, Nicole! I can't imagine you answering this question wrong. Seems like this is a bonus question for all our student Chasters.

Charice's Hidden Talent. You know that Rubert (Charice's alter-ego) has been working out a lot. Now, I know why. Move over Jackie Chan! And awww, poor Ariz. :(

 Sunshine To Sing "All By Myself". Ryan Murphy said that Charice's  Glee character Sunshine is coming back in a big way and will be singing a lot of powerful ballads. Looks like this tweet pic might be true judging with what Murphy said.So why would Sunshine sing ABM? I'm thinking she's feeling left out by Vocal Adrenaline members so she went to the auditorium and pour her heart out in a song.Whatcha think Chasters?

Sunshine's Return To Glee and the Battle of the Bangs

Sunshine Returns.Yesterday, Charice posted on Facebook that she's getting a haircut for Glee. A lot of Chasters (including me) asked Cha to provide us with  a sneak peek of her new look. But hours went by without the photo; so Chasters just assumed Cha wanted all of us to be surprised when Sunshine will finally be back on Glee. Then bam! Lea Michele (aka Rachel Berry) posted this photo earlier and told us that her character's nemesis, Sunshine Corazon is back on the set! Seeing the pic, I can say that the tension is only between their characters and not with their real selves.Charice even retweeted Lea's post and replied, "You're so sweet".Guess the two stars are getting along.


Battle of the Bangs. Do you recall that Vocal Adrenaline gave Sunshine and her Mom a "green card" and a condo? I bet Sunshine also received an early sign-up bonus (cash) for joining VA. So, she bought a new pair of contacts and get rid of her nerdy glasses. She also thought her pig-tails are so grade-schoolish and decided to get a bang instead. Then, Rachel Berry would be furious seeing Sunshine totally glammed up and they will have a BATTLE OF THE BANGS.lol

Two songs and two standing ovations!  Why? Well, when your jaw just dropped,  you need to stand up and pick it up, right?lol. But seriously, only a fool would not get up and appreciate such a great performance. I'm having goosebumps again! Even Kenny G., a Grammy-winning saxophonist, was shaking his head in disbelief that Charice was able to hit those very high notes. With Charice, it is safe to say "Expect the unexpected". She's just so talented that whatever you think is impossible; seems like a piece of cake to her. Indeed, she was able to give justice to those songs! You're insanely talented, Charice R. Pempengco.  And for that, I will forever be a Chaster. At the top baby!
  

Charice's Comeback on Glee

When is Charice coming back? How many times did we ask this question to our fellow Chasters since Charice debuted as Sunshine Corazon on Fox's hit musical show, "Glee"? I know you have already lost count since it's quite obvious that we are all eager to see our dear princess back on the show. Aside from Chasters, some Glee fans are also hoping to see her return. I know some people who are not Chaddicts but still love to see Sunshine on the show. I do not understand why they love the character, and still say they do not like Charice. How is it possible to love the character and dislike the person playing the role? I cannot get it! But anyways, what's important is they wanna see Charice back. As we wait for her return, let us walk together through memory lane with this video containing all her scenes.
